This is our little garden gone CRAZY!! We started out with 4 cucumber plants, 6 watermelon that doubled to 12, 8 beans, 6 strawberries, 2 tomatoes, 3 cantaloupe, and 4 cornstalks. the corn and beans died right away- aparently they got too hot, everything else took over our yard! HAHAHA. and just think now it's time for fall planting! We are going to dig up the rocks on the right side of the yard to put in all the fall harvest faves like peas and more beans, pumpkins, broccoli, spinach and whatever else we can fit! The only problem we have are ants and birds. we can grow beautiful plants, but we have to beat out the bugs and birds to actually get to EAT our bounty!!! We did get a beautiful 14" watermelon today bug and bird free! wuahahahaha!
